Order Procedure

After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email. We have received your order in the system and have pre-authorized your credit card. We will contact the supplier immediately and confirm that the product is available for shipment and inventory. If there is replenishment or out of stock, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If your item can be shipped (or customized), we will process the fee and submit the shipping order.

Custom and Taxes


The recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any once order amount over $800. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.


Order Status

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. You can use the tracking number on your order summary


Lost Package

If you have not received your package and the carrier has confirmed delivery, a replacement order will not be sent. Check all points of entry and follow-up with neighbors. Please contact our customer service representatives to file an investigation.


Undelivered Package


If your order was not received because the shipping information provided during checkout was incorrect, a replacement order will not be sent for free. You need to contact our customer service, pay the shipping cost and handling fee again, then we will send you another one.
